Why Fortune High-Tech Marketing?

By Jonathan Cawley

I'm not talking about the why of all the training manuals - you know, the why that you are supposed to tape to your bathroom mirror. Something like, "Fix the Roof" or "Pay off the Car" or even " Get Out of Debt." I'll get to that later. What I am talking about is a much deeper why, the why that will keep you going when it seems like you are going nowhere and you don't know why anybody should care whether or not you fix your roof or pay off your car.

The entire sales industry, and especially multi level marketing, was summed up by Dale Carnegie, when he said, "You can close more business in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get people interested in you."

In my thirty five years in sales, I can unequivocally say that the only way to succeed is to become genuinely interested in other people. That is the key to Dale Carnegie's success, Zig Ziglar's success, Paul Orberson's success, and ultimately, your success. And that is precisely why network marketing in general, and Fortune High Tech Marketing in particular, is so great.

In Fortune High Tech Marketing, what we do, our entire focus and goal, is to help other people just like us - and especially our friends and families - achieve financial independence.

I can't emphasize this enough. Our job is to free people from the burden of debt and doubt and all the problems associated with the lack of financial stability.

Solomon said it best: "The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower [is] servant to the lender." Ps 22:7 We have the awesome privilege of giving people the means to free themselves from the bondage of debt and financial worry.

I would suggest to anyone starting out - or, for that matter, anyone who has been doing this for a while - and is feeling discouraged, or who feels uncomfortable "pestering" their friends and family, that they keep in mind what it is that we actually do. We help people attain financial independence.

You could argue that not everyone who accepts your opportunity can just jump in full time. Maybe so, but would an extra $500 or $750 help your family? I bet it would. If you are having trouble making that car payment or any other bill that you are struggling with, or if you just can't quite seem to fund that savings account that you've been meaning to start, it could make a big difference in your family's lifestyle.

The beauty of network marketing in general, and FHTM in particular, is that once you reach that level of monthly, recurring income, the chances are that someone in your downline is going to take his business seriously, and will not only create wealth for himself, but because of how FHTM is structured, it will simultaneously create wealth for you, too!

That's what happened with Todd Rowland. But don't take my word for it, listen to Todd's story yourself:

Todd Rowland Interview

By the way, if you've never met Todd, you really should. He epitomizes the person that is successful because he is genuinely interested in other people. Dale would have loved him. Well ok, Dale loved everybody, but you know what I mean.

If you get just this one lesson out of my how-to, you will not only be successful at network marketing, you will be successful in anything you put your mind to, including your marriage and every facet of your life. It really is a life changing concept, and the key to happiness in general.

You say, Jon, I've heard all of this before. I know people with lots of money that don't care about anyone but themselves. I'll bet you anything that while they may be rich financially, they are personally miserable. And they will be especially miserable if anything happens to their big pile of cash!

The great salesman Zig Ziglar said, "You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want. "

Get that right and everything else will follow.

Because of the way network marketing is structured, if you are helping others develop their business, you are automatically helping your own. That's a beautiful thing, and a far cry from typical corporate America, where companies compete for "market share," and employees compete for positions and promotions.

You've heard the acronym, JOB (Just Over Broke?) That's where most of us spend our lives. But that is going to change for you, starting today. By the time you are done reading this, you are going to have the tools and training to build your FHTM business to the place where you and your family can have the financial security that you have always dreamed of giving them.

But all the tools and all the training will only help you for so long if you don't get this first lesson correct: to be successful in network marketing, you must be genuinely interested in other people.
