MLM Binary Payment Programs

By Darryl Grimshaw

You have done your required homework, and are basically prepared to make the leap and dive into a network marketing business venture. Then you hear the words "MLM binary" and, while you might possibly have nodded your head like you know precisely what that suggests - in reality, you have no idea.

No worries, you're not the only one. MLM payment plans are some of the most puzzling things on the planet to learn at times, unless you are a mathematical genius! Thankfully though, the majority of MLM binary systems are rather easy to grasp after you sit down and crunch the numbers.

MLM Binary Compensation Program Explained

The word binary means two. So think in terms of 2. When you sign-up and start creating your new business venture, your first objective will be to go out and search for others who also have a dream and need to become financially free; and also desire their time back.

You sign these people up and place them on what's called your front-line. This is your private line of individuals you have directly sponsored, and because you are in an MLM binary program; you and everyone else in the program are only permitted to have a max of 2 individuals on their front-line. Only 2.

So now you have yourself, and 2 others in your business. Let's call them John and Jane. In an ideal world, both John and Jane would likewise sponsor 2, and those 2 would sponsor 2, and so on, and so on. Everybody suddenly gets rich beyond their wildest dreams!!? The sad thing is, we don't live in a ideal world; and in the real world John and Jane won't do anything at all in their business.

So you go out and continue to advertise your company. You find 2 more individuals to sign up with you in your company. Bear in mind however, you are only permitted to have a total of 2 individuals on your front-line; so you'll need to place these fresh recruits UNDERNEATH either John or Jane. Alternatively, you can place one under each. Either way is going to work.

MLM Binary Spillover

When you put your new recruits into the downlines of John and Jane, they obtained up-line spillover. To paraphrase , you have helped them establish one side of their business based upon your work. This is one of the good benefits of the MLM binary comp plan. The concept is this: if you have an active up-line, they would essentially be aiding you in growing half of your business.

The obstacle is that you still need to sponsor and sign up a respectable number of individuals, and put them on the opposite side of your business in order to keep the 2 legs stabilized. In most binary systems you only get paid a commission when your company is balanced like this. So, while you may appreciate substantial spillover; you could only get paid when you also add new people to your business.

So, let's briefly look at what you must truly be asking yourself. Not if an MLM binary is right or incorrect for you, however, exactly how are you going to go about marketing your business? What, precisely, is your strategy to promote your goods, services, or opportunity?

-Will you use a proven online lead generation system, or will you expand your business by using attraction marketing strategies?

-Do you have a advertising budget plan?

- Exactly how will you persuade others that you are the leader that they are looking for that will help them reach their dreams and objectives?

These are the most significant questions to ask yourself because if anybody has profited with an MLM binary program (and lots of people have), then it's not the compensation system that's in question. The issue or obstacle is, what will you do to grow your business?
