The higher the experience level the better. You would know how experience someone by looking at its work duration.

Posses great sets of skills. The person you are looking for will be teaching art enrichment. Therefore, the skills of that person must coincide with the subject description as well. When the interview is done, ask questions about the person that would give you knowledge whether he or she can do it or not.

Knows how to handle younger ones. Of all people, children is the very hard one to teach. Their attention and focus spam is shorter which is the reason why they easily get distracted. This is a challenge a teacher must overcome. Short tempered people do not fit for such job. So, find someone who has.

In addition, choose someone whom you are comfortable working with. Someone who is not shy and can easily cope up with the others. By simply following all of this, finding is more easy and less time consuming.
