All of us will one day grow old and encounter diseases that are natural for that certain period of our life. For example, walking difficulty. Old ones are often having a hard time doing normal activities such as walking and sitting properly most probably of bone degeneration and such.

Being physically deprived surely give us a notion that one needs a device or rather a human assistance to guide and help them all the way. If you are a newbie to such device, take small steps. Using walker is not a test that you must hastily pass. At the very least, take light and small step until you have completed a full round in a training course. Make yourself get used to the features and the handle until you feel one with the material. Slowing does not mean always mean bad start. Sometimes, its way better than being a rush.

Keep it near and close on your body. Avoid putting too much weight nor leaning hard to avoid losing your balance and footing in the long run.
