The Flag Company Inc And Bali Flag History

By Mike James

Bali is a province of Indonesia which is located between the islands of Java and Lombok island, Bali is also commonly referred to as The Island Of Thousands Temples, The Island of Gods, Bali Dwipa, Bali also has several small islands are also included in the province of Bali, including the island of Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan Island, Ceningan island, Serangan Island and Menjangan Island.

The island is surrounded by coral reefs. Beaches in the south tend to have white sand while those in the north and west have black sand. Bali has no major waterways, although the Ho River is navigable by small sampan boats.

Bali's history is unique in comparison with the rest of Indonesia. Due to the lack of records, little is known about Bali's history before the ninth century. Certain discoveries, however, have provided clues to the origins of the island.

Little is known of the Bali banner. It is just flown inside of the parliament structures, and maybe amid commonplace occasions. It is reputed that the all Indonesian territories have comparable banners with their different ensigns decorating them that were planned to use official government specs. While there is no law disallowing the usage of the Bali banner by citizens, it is not regularly used by the overall population.

As an Indonesian region, Bali actually flies under the red and white banner of Indonesia, which is known as the Sang Saka Merah Putih (The Red and White). This banner has two level groups, with red on top and white on the base. The red symbolizes courage while the white symbolizes the spiritual. The Indonesian banner was first flown on August seventeenth, 1945. The hues are adjusted from a banner flown in the thirteenth century amid the Majapahit Empire.

The flag was originally revived in Java in 1926 to protest Dutch rule but was subsequently banned for the remainder of the Dutch occupation in Indonesia. There are unconfirmed rumors the current flag was actually created when members of the Indonesian independence movement tore the bottom blue stripe from the dutch flag, thus leaving the red and white behind. The first official red and white flag from 1945 is named the Bendera Pusaka, which means heirloom flag, and is still carefully preserved to this day. The Flag Company Inc specialized in flag designs offered a special edition of decals and flags to memorize for the future.
